How to create GCP project

See the Infra Hub for normal & multi region project creation. The project attributes are owned and managed in the resman stage of the repository, but you can view projects on the Hyperscaler Portal as well. Try not to edit on the portal though.

The resman stage of the Infra Hub allows the management of basic project configurations, service account definitions and management of roles, custom roles, role bindings.
