Removing Domains

GAP tickets

During the application deletion process teams will find us and ask for help deleting their domains. If the ticket isn’t clear about what needs to be deleted reach out to make sure. For example if both prod and staging needs to be deleted or not. These tickets usually are made after some gap-application removal tickets.

DNS made easy

Credentials can be found at secret.emarsys.net, Emarsys VPN is needed to reach the site. You can use the emarsys_systec username to login at DNS made easy There we can find the following DNS zones:

  • emarsys.net: production
  • emarsys.com: stage Find the CNAME Records that need to be deleted according to the ticket. Be careful to only select what needs to be deleted, searching with the contains option is helpful.
